Her background includes working as a customer service expert for Virgin America, assisting high-value corporate transfers as a tech relocation concierge, and serving as a local Destination Concierge. During her time at NASA, she was known as the "Nerd Translator"—giving her a unique ability to interpret complex company dynamics into specific personality traits to search out.
