Service Description

Purchasing online here initiates our priority intake process and secures your launch date on our active interview calendar. This flat $250 engagement retainer covers your administrative setup and is fully credited toward your final placement invoice. Our total service fee is 10% of the candidate's starting annual base salary, split cleanly to protect your budget: 50% is invoiced on the candidate's official first day of work (minus your $250 retainer credit), and the remaining 50% is due only after the candidate successfully crosses their 6-month employment anniversary. A formal B2B Service Agreement will be sent to your inbox immediately upon booking to finalize your custom intake parameters (Option A, B, or C). We manage the time-consuming process of manual review using one of three simple approaches: Option A: You pass us the secondary application pools your ATS has already processed. Option B: We manually sift through your archive pile to look for overlooked talent. Option C: You do not have an ATS system and want help managing the whole process. Cancellation Policy

Project Scheduling & Cancellations We know that running a luxury property means dealing with constant, unpredictable shifts in daily operations. If you need to reschedule your initial project onboarding call, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our active calendar. The 100% Contract Approval Guarantee Your online booking deposit initiates our workflow and generates your formal B2B Service Contract. If you review our contract and decide not to move forward for any reason before our official onboarding call begins, we will immediately cancel the project and return your retainer in full. We do not start any resume review or manual screening until the formal contract is signed by both parties. Data Submission Windows To keep our review engine running on time and protect our intensive weekly interview calendar, all resume pools or ATS access permissions must be securely shared with our team within 48 hours after your formal contract is signed.
